Anna Mikulska-Argenty began her musical studies at the age of 6. In 2007 she studied at the Ecole Normale de Musique in Paris in the class of Paul Julien. Since 2005 she has been playing solo with the Symphony Orchestra of the Krakow Academy of Music and the Young Philharmonic Orchestra. She played in the orchestra of the famous English violinist Nigel Kennedy “Orchestra of Life” with whom he participated in a European tour of over 30 dates in famous concert halls such as the Berlin Philharmonie, the Royal Albert Hall, the Southbank Center and the Palais de Congrès de Paris. Since 2012 she has specialized in chamber music in numerous ensembles. Her first album titled “Cello and Piano World Tour” with pianist Philippe Argenty (Duo Fortecello) was released in 2015 and her second “Soul of Nations” in 2018 by the KNS Classical label. Since 2015 she has been co-director of numerous festivals in France such as Musique et Patrimoine en Vienne et Gartempe. Since 2017 she has been a member of the board of directors of the Pablo Casals Festival in Prades. She was a guest of the Anton Stadler Association as part of “I concerti di primavera”.
