He approaches the drums at the age of sixteen, entering very early in the underground scene of his city where he plays in various groups of rock, punk rock and ska extraction. The study of the instrument and the always lively curiosity led him to the discovery of other musical genres. Subsequently he joins soul and pop funk groups with whom he plays in Italy and abroad, plus he also approaches the world of jazz by collaborating with big bands and various formations led by excellent artists such as Marco Brioschi, Simone Guiducci and Guido Bombardieri. Marco is also very busy from an educational point of view, with an excellent technical background transmitted by the masters Alfredo Golino, Christian Meyer, Stefano Bagnoli, Byron Landham and Maxx Furian. He has attended several clinics run by drumming giants such as Jimmy Cobb, Joe Chambers, Mickey Roker, Dennis Chambers, Jojo Mayer, Rick Latham, Bob Moses, Dave Weckl and Louis Hayes. He was a guest of the Anton Stadler Association as part of the “International Chamber Music Festival”.
