Giavazzi Stefano
Stefano Giavazzi, illustrious Mantuan pianist, completed his musical studies at the Conservatory of Music in Mantua, graduating with full marks and honors. He later continued his studies with Maestro Rinaldo Rossi. He has perfected himself with Jean Micault, Gyorgy Sandor, Joaquin Achucarro, just to name a few. Since its foundation in 1995 he has been the artistic director of the Mantua Music Society with which he has organized over 300 concert events. He has performed for numerous concert organizations in Italy and in Spain, Greece. Germany, France, Poland, Slovenia. He boasts chamber collaborations with artists such as Tartini Quartet, Bin Huang, Astor Piazzolla, Lorna Windors, Giuseppe Ettorre, Rodolfo Bonucci, Gabriella Munari, Franco Mezzena, Nicholas Jones, Cirtomir Siskovic. In 2010/2011 he was a member of the Music Commission at the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Live Entertainment section. He teaches at the Mantua Conservatory of Music. He was a guest of the Anton Stadler Association on several occasions, as part of the International Chamber Music Festival.
