Simone Soro is a violinist-composer who has dealt with different musical genres in his experience, from classical music to more free and improvisational forms, driven by curiosity, by the desire to deepen, but above all driven by the need to find “his own sound”. He has collaborated in the classical sphere with various regional and national orchestras and in the modern sphere he has collaborated and collaborates with various artists including: Fabio Furia (one of the greatest exponents of the bandoneon in Europe); the pianist and composer Stefano Guzzetti (with whom he has recorded several discs including “Leaf” and “Ensemble”); the singer-songwriter Claudia Aru (with whom she performs regularly in Sardinia and has played in the Italian institutes of Beijing in China and Osaka in Japan, in Bangalore in India and in various Sardinian European clubs); singer Varijashree Venugopal; the percussionist (tablas and congas) Pramath Kiran; the composer Praveen of Rao; the Indian violinist and composer Sri. Kumaresh. He was a guest of the Anton Stadler Association as part of the “International Chamber Music Festival”.
