He graduated in clarinet with full marks at the “J. Tomadini” of Udine under the guidance of M. A. Pecile and later perfected with the masters P. Borali and K. Leister. He has played as a soloist, among others, with the orchestras Accademia Ars Musicae Orchestra, Zagreb Radio and Television Orchestra, etc.
He created the Ensemble Variabile, a group of high-level musicians with variable training in order to perform a chamber repertoire as wide as possible with which he performed in Naples, Rome, Madrid and various centers in Spain, France, Austria, in Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Germany, Norway. As organizer and artistic director, he has been working in the sector for over 20 years now. He is, since 1991, artistic, organizational and didactic director of the Theater – Luigi Bon Foundation. He was artistic director of the FVG Mitteleuropea Orchestra for four years. He has been a teacher of clarinet and chamber ensembles for over 20 years. He was awarded as a Friulian cultural figure of the year 2001 with the Moret d ‘aur and in April 2012 he received the Manufacturer of ideas 2012 award. He was a guest of the Anton Stadler Association on several occasions, as part of the Festival Chamber Music International.
