He began studying the cello at a very young age with Maestro Taisuke Yamashita who accompanied him until graduation, obtained at the Conservatory in Lugano. As a soloist and in chamber groups he carries out an intense concert activity that sees him perform intensely throughout Europe, Australia and South America in festivals such as Amici della Musica di Palermo, Biennale di Venezia, Unione Musicale di Torino, Associazione Musicale Lucchese, National Academy Melbourne, Concerti al Quirinale in Rome, Musica Insieme di Bologna, Teatro El Circulo in Rosario, Foundacion Kinor Buenos Aires, Festival Lubjiana, Festival Nancy. He pays particular attention to the contemporary repertoire. Many first performances, often dedicated to him, and collaborations with composers such as S. Sciarrino, L. De Pablo and P. Glass, to name just a few. The latest releases see him engaged with the violinist Bin Huang and with the Trio des Alpes. He plays a splendid cello by Gian Battista Zanoli, Italian luthier of the ‘700. Together with Corrado Greco and violinist Hana Kotkova he created the Trio des Alpes, with which he carried out intense activity throughout Europe. Among its prerogatives is to propose concerts and thematic shows, often combining different arts such as music, literature and visual arts. He has been a guest of the Anton Stadler Association as part of the XXIII edition of the International Chamber Music Festival 2021.
